Gong Yoga
Relax and Renew with restorative Yoga, pranayama (breath exercises) and an extended Gong Meditation. The Gongs will be continuously played during the Yoga poses and breath exercises. The combination will leave you feeling in-tuned and refreshed with a heightened sense of physical and emotional well-being. The pure, penetrating sound waves of the gong cleanse the subconscious and awaken the listener to a transcendent state of awareness.
This two-hour workshop will be taught by Sadie Crane owner and founder of No Mud No Lotus. She is a Master teacher with over 15 years experience in teaching numerous styles of yoga. She will be collaborating with Gong Master, Wayne Marto for an experience of a lifetime. This meditative experience will be followed by sweets and community. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.
