HEART HEALTHY
Start the year off right by getting recipes for a full day of heart healthy eating. The recipes for this class are as good for your heart as they are for your taste buds. FREE COOKING CLASS! Class includes recipes as well as samples of each item prepared. Classes are FREE, however, we ask you bring a donation of non-perishable food for the community food bank. Please enter our Teaching Kitchen from the door facing the Public Parking Lot on the corner of 5th and H Street. Space is limited, reservations are required.
