Parsnips, Turnips & Rutabagas ?They may not be the prettiest vegetables at the market, but don?t let that fool you into thinking they?re lacking in flavor or nutrition. All provide vitamin C. Parsnips are a good source of folate and fiber too. Learn about and taste these delicious vegetables in this class. FREE COOKING CLASS! Class includes recipes as well as samples of each item prepared. Classes are FREE, however, we ask you bring a donation of non-perishable food for the community food bank.
