?Steam Distillery, established in 2019 and welcoming guests since 2021, is a distinctive craft distillery nestled in downtown Grants Pass, Oregon. Housed in a historic 1886 building that once hosted Rogue Brewing—the area's first brewery—Steam Distillery revives the spirit of local heritage with a modern twist.
Embracing a steampunk aesthetic, the distillery offers a unique ambiance where Victorian elegance meets inventive craftsmanship. Their handcrafted spirits include a premium vodka made from long-grain rice, Mediterranean Gin infused with botanicals like Timut pepper and star anise, and an Agave Spirit crafted from organic nectar sourced from Mexico.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of cocktails, including the signature ''smoked'' Old Fashioned, presented under a glass dome filled with aromatic smoke, and espresso martini reminiscent of a nitro coffee latte. The distillery also features rotating food vendors and guest chefs, offering a diverse culinary experience alongside its beverages.?
